he Monarch Story
The Monarch has always seemed like a little piece of magic in the natural world. Its incredible migration and transformation make it a natural symbol of change, resilience and renewal.
But for me, the inspiration is simpler, too: I love the joy of seeing a Monarch appear in the garden or pass through the landscape.
I wanted to capture a little of that feeling in a piece of artwork you can carry with you.

My Mosaic Process
I've been creating original animal and nature artwork for more than 20 years. Each design is developed by me and assembled by hand using my distinctive mosaic process.
Rather than simply reproducing a picture of a butterfly, I interpret the Monarch through my own mosaic style, giving each piece the character of a small work of art.
